Governance: Most power structures use the upward-pointing pyramid [a symbol which is universally accepted as representing the masculine principle], with one person or group at the top and the rest of the people are relegated to lower and lower tiers. However, this framework uses the downward-pointing triangle [a symbol which is universally accepted as representing the feminine principle].Instead of having one person, or group at the top, everyone is Sovereign. Power is kept decentralized allowing different groups of Sovereigns to live under their own laws. Therefore, most power is kept within communities themselves.
